Main Features:
After the spinning components are removed from the production line, they should be cleaned and maintained in time. Main cleaning process: decomposition vacuum forging ultrasonic cleaning inspection repair protection treatment.
Vacuum forging furnace is used. First, the temperature rises to 290 degrees for about two hours. Then the temperature rises to 420-480 degrees. The treatment time is 3 hours. At the same time, the vacuum pump is started. The vacuum was started for 2.5 hours and then stopped and began to cool down to the furnace temperature of 52 C. It takes about 8-10 hours to complete the calcination.
Each set includes: air knives 2 pcs, spinning board1pc, distribution plate 1pc, deflector 1pc, Side plates 2pcs, feed connector 1pc, Intake connector 2pcs and aluminum washers 3pcs. The screws are all 12.9 high strength bolts.
